Submission of Full Papers 

A camera-ready electronic version of a full paper (PDF format), maximally 8 pages or approximately 20000 characters (extra pages: 10 EUR / page), including appendices and literature and the source file (.docx) should be prepared and submitted according to the CECIIS paper template.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference or journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. There is one submission zip/rar file with two files included, one PDF with embedded fonts and one source file (docx).
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the CECIIS paper template, which is found in Paper Submission Process.
  4. Authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  5. All Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.
  6. If at any time before the conference starts is discovered that submission represents plagiarism or self plagiarism, I accept that it will be declined or removed from list of accepted submissions and that it will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. If registration fee is already paid, it will be returned to me minus transfer costs.
