(Il)Legal Aspects of Digital Antiforensic

Abstract
This paper defines digital antiforensic. It is a new technology used by cyber criminals, to destroy digital evidence in purpose to obstruct digital investigation, and by legal users to keep their privacy. This paper introduces some methods and tools that are used in digital antiforensic, that should be comprehensible for participants of digital investigation, after reading this study. Ontological model is presented.
