Evaluating LMS/CMS performance

Abstract
During last few years we have started
using LMS/CMS (Learning Management
Systems/Course Management Systems) extensively.
Students and teachers use them regularly in two way
communication. Blended learning has become
dominant form of education for ICT aware teachers.
If we want to design the successful LMS/CMS we need
to know some hard facts. We did not rely on the
information from the producer of the LMS/CMS
therefore we have performed our own tests. Results
show that we should not trust their claims blindly.
Test also proved that our hardware is completely
capable to support TLS processes for our faculty.
