8 STEPS TO PARTICIPATE AT CECIIS 2016 IN CROATIA
1. REGISTER (new users) or LOGIN on CECIIS site
2. UPLOAD your paper HERE, and please be advised:
- Remove author names in the paper (blind review)
- 2 files: PDF and (doc, docx, odt, or latex) in 1 zip/rar file are mandatory
- Author guidelines and templates are available HERE
- Please, be sure to include ALL authors of the paper in the submission process
- Note: up to 8 pages included without additional fee (extra up to 4 pages: 10€/page)
- One person can can be author or coauthor of at most two papers submitted to the conference
3. WAIT for blind review feedbacks from the two independent reviewers
4. UPLOAD your corrected version of the paper HERE, according to your review feedbacks:
- Include author names in reviewed/corrected version of the paper
- Again, 2 files: PDF and (doc, docx, odt, or latex) in 1 zip/rar file are mandatory
5. REGISTER for the main Conference event, and additional options like:
- Printed version of the Conference Proceedings
- Additional (9+) pages in your paper
- Conference Excursion
6. Use our site to make TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION arrangements
7. Travel to our Faculty and PARTICIPATE AT CECIIS 2016:
- We are waiting for your arrival on September 21st from 08:00 at the Faculty groud floor, with all the information and materials stacked and ready!
8. FOLLOW US on our main CECIIS website and on our Facebook site for new information and events, and spread the word about our conference!
