Abstract


Increasing use of ICT in nowadays at all parts of economy and society, have done a great impact in education institutions as part of they, over the world. The development of countries of our regions trends to be in line with new technologies, at all institutional educations, especially in higher education.

Governments and businesses see universities as engines of these changes and ICT as tools that make it possible to spread education and knowledge anywhere and anytime. Integrating ICT into the education process, helps students and teachers to share knowledge, as well as affects the process of development and integration into international networks of education institutions.

ICT in teaching and learning process brings pedagogical methodologies and effectiveness in educational processes. System of education must prepare young generations to be equipped with relevant knowledge and skills associated with the use of ICT, so that they integrate well and fulfill the demands of the Information Society.

The paper gives author reflections about educational process in higher education in two countries and the challenges of strategy in practice. Conclusions and recommendations make a valid topic for abroad measure of researchers at different levels of education of region.
